He began his career at the Indian Institute of Business Management, Patna (1994–1997), building strong culinary fundamentals.

His experience includes Welcome Heritage (ITC), The Oberoi New Delhi, The Carlson Group, Park Plaza Noida (opening team), and The Claridges.

His expertise spans Awadhi cuisine, West Frontier flavours, and diverse Indian regional specialties, presented in authentic traditional style.

He currently leads the culinary brigade at the award-winning restaurant Dilli32, The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi.
